ACCESSIBILITY

Based in a 19th Century former Red Cross Hospital in Chorlton, South Manchester, The Edge is a theatre (both receiving and producing house), a thriving arts centre, and a charity working with vulnerable adults to transform lives. The Edge was launched in 2011 with award winning actors Julie Hesmondhalgh and Sir Mark Rylance as its patrons.

Opening Times

Our usual opening times are:

Mondays: 9am – 7pm
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 9am – 8.30pm
Thursday & Fridays: 9am – 5pm
Saturdays: 10am – 3pm

Although our ground floor is fully accessible, the theatre is located on the first floor and unfortunately does not currently have lift access. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and would be more than happy to speak to you about your access needs if you have any questions or would like more information.
